Darwin Brewing Company will begin releasing seasonal beers in 2021. Our first release is our Spring Seasonal, Manasota Gose. Brewed with Pilsner malt and flaked oats give this beer a light and smooth mouth feel. Freshly harvested from Gamble Creek Farm we use copious amount of Organically grown Roselle and Lemongrass that we add at whirlpool. Roselle gives this beer a unique Hibiscus/Cranberry flavor as well as a bright red color. Lemongrass incorporates a light Lemon/lime flavor and aroma that plays well with the Roselle.
